I work one on one with every client, focusing on relieving pain and helping people move better in their day to day life.

I primarily use RAPID Neurofascial Reset, which targets both the nervous system and fascia to release tension and improve mobility.

My goal is not just temporary relief, but helping you make lasting improvements so you are not dealing with the same issue over and over again.

My main focus is to help you re-establish a connection with your body through massage therapy.

After each session, I take time to research what is happening in the body so I can be better prepared for the next session and explore new ways to address any concerns.

I primarily use Swedish massage, stretching, and deep tissue techniques to address any issues that arise.

Additionally, I use manual lymphatic drainage to help with fibromyalgia, headaches, and pain management.
